Lug – Cevizli Kara Lahana (Cavolo Nero) Recepy



Black cabbage (Cavolo Nero) with garlic and walnuts is a typical traditional Laz cousine.

The cabbage as whole is first steamed/baked in natural butter. Than a big portion of walnut, garlic chopped in pieces is added into it and served with red hot chilli pepper and blackpepper.
